Pierce the Veil channels the '90s in "Today I Saw the Whole World" video

Credit: Jonathan WeinerPierce the Veil party like it's 1999 in the video for their song "Today I Saw the Whole World." The clip, which was inspired by the videos of the '90s, is streaming now on YouTube.

"I grew up watching massive amounts of MTV music videos throughout the '90s," says frontman Vic Fuentes. "I would record all of my favorites on VHS tape, watching them over and over until the tape wore out."

"Our new video was inspired by some of these artists that I loved back then like the Beastie Boys, Cypress Hill and Marilyn Manson," he adds. "We wanted to use this '90s look to visually express the lyrics and fury inside of the song."

"Today I Saw the Whole World" is a track from Pierce the Veil's 2016 album Misadventures, which also features the single "Circles." The band recently wrapped up a tour in support of the album alongside Rise Against.
