AFI Plots 2017 Headlining Tour

AFI has announced a North American headlining tour for next year in support of their forthcoming album, AFI (The Blood Album). The trek kicks off January 20 with an intimate record release show at the Troubadour in Los Angeles, before beginning in earnest January 21 in Oakland. Visit AFireInside.net for ticket info. Ten Years Later, Stone Sour Shares "Zzyzx Rd." Video

Stone Sour has released the video for their song "Zzyxz Rd.," the closing track from the band's 2006 album, Come What(ever) May. The clip arrives now, a decade after the song was originally released, in celebration of the album's 10th anniversary. You can watch the "Zzyxz Rd." video now on YouTube. The 10th anniversary Come What(ever) May celebration will continue with a vinyl reissue of the album, due out December 16. Soundgarden to Headline Welcome to Rockville, Fort Rock and Carolina Rebellion Festivals

Soundgarden has added a trio of festivals to their 2017 schedule. The band will be headlining next year's Welcome to Rockville, Fort Rock and Carolina Rebellion. Report: Nickelback Requests Canadian Police Take Down Drunk-Driving Post

Earlier this week, the Kensington Police Service in Canada posted an anti-DUI message declaring that if they catch you drinking and driving, you'll be forced to listen to Nickelback on the ride over to jail. That post has since been taken down from the station's Facebook page, which TMZ says is the doing of the Canadian rockers themselves. A spokesperson for the Kensington Police reportedly told told the gossip site that a rep for Nickelback requested the post be removed. Nirvana's "Incesticide" to Be Reissued on Vinyl for 25th Anniversary

Nirvana's 1992 compilation album Incesticide will be reissued on vinyl in honor of its upcoming 25th anniversary. The two-LP collection, which features remastered audio from the original analog master tape and recording sources, will be released January 13. Released one year after Nirvana's watershed sophomore album Nevermind, Incesticide featured the non-album single "Sliver," plus a collection of B-sides, demos and covers, including a sped-up version of the song "Polly."
